The official currency in Cambodia is Cambodian Riel. It trades at around 4,000 riel to one US dollar. The US dollar is Cambodia’s unofficial second currency; therefore, there is no need to change the money. In fact, it is best to carry US dollars with you while you are traveling in Siem Reap, Cambodia. There are ATM everywhere in Cambodia where you could pick up US dollars as well.

TOUR ITINERARY
The tour starts with the pick-up from your hotel by remork (tuk tuk) to Angkor Qiung Yu (Khmer street market) to see many types of local food and wide range of merchandise selling activities at night. You can also taste tropical fruits of Cambodia (rumbutan, jackfruit, longan, watermelon etc.) and exotic snacks including BUGS! Wander around the area of 2 hectares and then continue to Pub Street where you will be served by the tasty fried ice cream. Pause for delicious local food dinner at a restaurant. Have a great time in this colorful zone of Siem Reap. Return back to your hotel or continue exploring the night and be your own tour guide.
